This specialized certification empowers her to represent clients in proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). Since immigrating to Canada in 2005, Fanny has accumulated extensive knowledge in Canadian immigration law and the international education system.

What is a Class-3 RCIC-IRB license holder?
A Class-3 RCIC-IRB (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant — Immigration and Refugee Board) license holder is a specialized consultant authorized to represent clients in proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. 什么是 RCIC-IRB
